Tighter data coupling with your database
- Multiple Column: Divide you ACT! calendar into a column for each user or resource. Makes viewing multiple employees or multiple delivery vehicles a breeze. Users can select and ACT! column/fields such as; Users, Resources, Types, Priorities or dynamic columns like Groups or Companies.
- Display the data you need: Display any ACT! data from either the activity itself or the contact. You can select multiple ACT! field that wrap to the next line on the calendar. Calendar View Plus for ACT! dramatically enhances ACT's calendar views allowing you to change what fields are displayed on the appointments. Appointments are now displaying with multiple user-selected fields from the activity and contact table like City and State. It even displays the contents of the details. You can select an unlimited number of fields to display. These fields will also appear on the printed calendar.
- Birthdays and annual dates: Display ACT's annual date fields like Birthdays or renewal dates right on your list. Print it, sort it, filter it. It’s your data why not.
- No 10 User Limit: Display more then 10 ACT! users at a time. Why not, what does act have against that 11th user?
Appearances and Formatting
- ACT Interface: All Durkin Addons are embedded inside of ACT!'s interface and use windows installer compliant standards. No need to run multiple applications or launch external programs once ACT is launched. All addons can be easily installed and uninstalled in seconds. You can even 'toggle' between our addons and ACT's native view simply by going to our "About" window and turning off the master switch.
- New Toolbar: The ACT! addon toolbar is displayed at the top of each view. This new addon toolbar handles all of the additional features that are included with the product. You can also right-click on the list or view to expose our popup menu.
- Appearance: This ACT! addon offers many advanced formatting features that will give you total control over how appointments are displayed. Conditional formatting can be done effortlessly using "Color Rules" that compromise conditional formatting like "IF Id/Status = 'Customer' display as GREEN" or If "Priority = High paint background RED"

An update to the ACT! calendar just wouldn't be complete without enhancing the print functions.
- Printing what you need: Many times users find the calendar printing limited because is cuts off information about the activity. Now with our exclusive "Word Wrap" functionality all your important information about the activity will always be printed.
- Printing in Color: We live in a colorized world. Why not print your lists and calendar in color. Our print functions easily achieve WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) printing of the active list or view in ACT!
- Printing Appearance: With Calendar View Plus you can set the printer options like font name, size and type. These settings are separate from the on screen setting allowing you to print large enough to read away from the computer.
